  • Where is my package?
    You should have recieved a tracking number with your purchase. Please check your spam e-mail or send us a message if you are having trouble finding it! Please keep in mind, due to COVID19, the mail system is quite over-run and things are taking longer than usual. We appreciate your patience, and I'm sure they do, too! If your package says it has been delivered but you did not recieve it, please call your local post office. As for pre-order items, sometimes we run into manufacturing issues, and thus need time to make sure the items are just right before we feel comfortable sending them out! Please pay close attention when you are ordering if the item is in stock ready to ship, pre-order, or made to order. We try to be transparent as possible with the timing of production and their progress.
  • I pre-ordered something a long time ago! When will it be done?!
    With pre-order items, there are many factors to keep in mind like factory holidays, printing errors, time to make samples and approve, etc. It's a lot of work! We are still a relatively new company, so please be patient as we learn to streamline the process to be as efficient as possible. We really appreciate your support and patience! Please feel free to e-mail us any time and we are happy to update you with the progress of any pre-order items.
  • Are your products vegan? Where is the hair from?
    The makeup brushes and eyelashes are made with synthetic hair! So yes, those are vegan and cruelty-free. The Human Hair for the wigs and bangs are supplied from barber shops and temples, before being chemically treated for safety and then sewn into the wigs, which I then meticulously hand dye and style! The Dyes I use are all vegan. <3 Since the hair is pre-treated, please make sure to use sulfate-free shampoo and deep conditioner to make sure it stays nice for a long time !

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship our products out of Pennsylvania and Texas, USA. US Shipping is $6 flat or free for orders over $100!

Yes, we ship internationally! 

For international orders shipping is $15 flat rate for all orders.

You should receive a tracking number along with your order when it is sent out. Please check your spam e-mail or shoot us a message if you did not receive one! If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please reach out to your local post office.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and are unable to offer refunds for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged in the mail.

We do our best to make sure your items will make it to you safely! If you feel like your item was damaged due to improper packing, please send us an e-mail and we are happy to discuss the situation with you. 

HANDMADE ITEMS

Due to the nature of handmade items, anything that is made by hand or hand-dyed/painted will be slightly different, even if ordering multiple of the same item. This includes wigs, bangs, custom decorated brushes, etc. Please handle these items with care and make sure to follow any care instructions in order to keep it in ideal condition !
